Purchased a kitchen appliances set...Refrigerator, over, microwave, and dish washer.
They install the microwave and dish washer on scheduled date...fine...
Awaiting refrigerator and oven...NO SHOW....
I call and spend 3 hours on the line only to be told the order should have been placed for home delivery...I....need to call store, or return to store...have order cancelled...and reorder everything....
I am a surgeon. I spent $8000 for this, 3 hours on a phone line, and I am expected to take another day off work, re-schedule patients, to fix a problem SEARS screwed up?
This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life!
