Perfect Sleeper Ladywell Plush king size mattress ripped within a week of purchasing and they won't replace it. Ot tore along the seam and is over 14 inches long.

Their warranty is a joke and they won't stand behind their product. This is a manufacturer defect, but Sears and Serta do not want to take responsibilty for the lack of quality. I paid over $1000 for a mattress that didn't even last a week. All we were asking for was for them to replace the defective mattress.

I won't buy another product from Sears again. This is the fifth and final Serta mattress I will ever buy.

Product or Service Mentioned: Serta Perfect Sleeper Plush Mattress.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Sears Pros: Can buy online.

Sears Cons: Customer service and lack of warranty coverage.

I have always bought my mattresses at Sears the last one 1yr ago for cottage . They have a year comfortably warrantee on them .

If it's been less than 12 months try telling them your back hurts see how that works they may exchange for that reason. Good Luck

Another example of why Sears is failing fast. Did you contact Serta directly ?
