My wife called sears service department 1 month ago regarding our washer. The washer wouldn't spin or drain the water in the tub.

After 2 weeks a serviceman came to our house to find out what the problem was. After looking at the washer he said he needed to order a part and it would be a week before the part would be here and another week before he would be able to install the part. After waiting around on the serviceman 2 weeks later, or should I say 2 weeks and 5 days later to install the part, now the washer doesn't stop washing when I open the door and the washer will not spin.

The washer is still under warranty for 2 more years. I will not buy from Sears again!!!!!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $600.
