Scheduled Sears service for our garbage disposer two weeks ago for yesterday between 1-5 pm.Nothing at 6 pm .
Called and told it has changed to 8:45-10:45 PM! Tech finally called 8:30 pm and said too late. We'd have to reschedule. Rescheduler said next available is one & one-half weeks out.
Sorry, but YOU missed the appointment and you should not put us at the back of the ***. We should be FIRST on the NEXT day. Sear's service scheduling practices are horrible.
They have no concept of good (or even satisfactory) customer service.We've done our last business with this sorry company.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of kitchen appliance service. Sears needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
