My refrig blew on Sunday 5/18, Sears sent an incompetent Tech 5/19, even with the entire house reaking of refrigerant he said there was nothing wrong.Second Tech came 5/21 and found a hole in the evaperator coil in 5 min., called his boss and advised to replace refrig.

his boss insisted replace compressor, evaporator, coolant coil and motor. Parts were delivered 5/22, set up third service call even though tech. admited he never seen this extensive repair work. On 5/23 Sears broke appt.

resch. for 5/28. it's been 11 days without a refrig. and little hope for tomorrow.

Shop anywhere but Sears, esp. for service. Lost $350 of food and cost $300 so far to feed my family at fast food and resturants. I wrote to CEO hope it helps.
