Two weeks ago I was told my icemaker needed a new filter, two were ordered. One was installed with no improvement.
Waiting again for Sears technician to come after waiting for several days after he came and said what was needed. Finally they came and he returned. Pleasant man had to take parts off his truck to makeup for what was not sent. This was 5/6/19, it is not running on top.
Again my food will be ruined and Sears will not reimburse the loss, The same damage happened within the last several years. This current machine is a replacement. What can I do? I am told tomorrow morning is the soonest they can come.
I am too old and sick to wait. Please help.
