NEVER, NEVER pirchas a service smart agreement. Only covers $500 worth of repairs.
Cost is $273 for a refrigerator and they tell you can cacel at anytime with refund. Had 2 service visits on ice maker did not fix either time, some how after dealing with this for about 8 weeks it fixed itself. Now another agreement i could have bought would have been $103. They never told me about that one or that the one i bought only covers repairs up to $500.
I emailed corporate got an unsatisfactory response, have been trying to contact someone at corporate fir over an hour and the oprators are rude and have transferred me 3 times to repair division. I used this number no help
