Same experience with a water heater. Ordered on the 4th, to be delivered on the 6th between 4:45 and 6:45.
As the day wore on, delivery time slipped to 7:09. Next check of their site indicates it's been delivered!!! No calls to phones listed in the purchase. Calls and chats with Customer Service indicate they have no way to check with delivery, though they can leave a message...
Finally, discussion with Customer Service indicates there are deliveries scheduled to our community on the 9th, but the "truck is full." So, we get shoved to the back of the line with a "possible" delivery on 13th. No Hot Water for two or more weeks!? You must be kidding.
Canceled a $750+ sale and purchased same from Lowes. Never again a Sears customer!
