Never shipped, never delivered. Charged. Tried to use Sears online chat program- shut down my entire computer and took me 5 hours to restore. Called 4 times.
Can't understand these people. Sears blamed UPS, swore the order was shipped, then said items were probably not available, which is why it wasn't shipped. Thought you just said they were shipped? Promised to submit a "ticket" which could take 72 hours for an automated computer response.
Customer service solution? Cancelled order.
