Two months ago,my 95 yr old mother purchased a smart tv from Sears for $300.Today the tv would not turn on.
She called the Danbury store and an 800 number and was spoken to rudely and disrespectfully. Not quite sure how this will be resolved, but I will not be purchasing from Sears or Kmart again. I shop at Sears or Kmart at least 4 times a month. Clothes,appliances and housewares.
I will be shopping at local merchants from now on.
The prices are a little higher but the respect and quality of service is worth it.Dealing with Sears service is soul crushing.
