Shortly after I bought a new kenmore gas range from Sears the control panel clock display went bad. Sears has since replaced the control panel twice and each of the replacement panels has also been defective.

Now they say it is not their problem since the warranty has now expired. I paid close to $1700.00 for this range. Sears attitude seems to be to string the customer along until the warranty expires and then they leave the customer holding the bag. The whole Sears experience is a joke.

After they make the sale they could care less about their customers. I lost a total of 3 days of work waiting for their repair people to show up.

Monetary Loss: $1700.
