Sears online took $1308.95 from my bank account for a washer and dryer. It was defective upon arrival so I sent it back.

Sears refunded me $996.20 but shorted me $311.95. They have all the product and i have nothing to show for the money they kept. I have called them over 8 times and each representative promises me the money will be in my account in 3 to 5 business days and it never is. I have been calling for over 9 weeks and they still haven't resolved it, and keeps giving me the run around.

I am a single mother that works hard and I cant afford to GIVE sears 311.95 of my hard earned money. The last representative talked in circles so badly that I'm beginning to think sears doesn't even have the money.

Sears stole 311.95 from me.
