Ever had a problem when dealing with a warranty issue? I have had more than my fair share of problems with claims. Sears is the worst one that I have ever had to deal with.

Have you taken a close up look at the tags on the CRAFTSMAN work pants? The warranty states if the pants fail or fall apart to take them to the nearest SEARS for replacement or for a refund. Keep this in mind when reading my article.

I bought a pair of work pants from SEARS. After wearing them 16 times, the pants completely fell apart. I did what the warranty tag says to do and returned to SEARS for replacement. Well, the WESTMINSTER, COLORADO SEARS refused to take them back. Even with a reciept in hand, they refused to help me. I mentioned the manufacture warranty which was on the tag of the pants, and the manager and cashier laughed at me. Didn't want to help me out at all. I got mad and now will not shop at SEARS ever again. I cancelled my DISCOVER CREDIT CARD and SEARS CREDIT CARD the same day as the problem. Did you know that Discover Card was created by SEARS? I did and that is why I got rid of the trash. I spoke to the SEARS HOLDINGS which is the parent company of KMART and SEARS and reported this problem.

KHOLS Department stores now get my money for nicer clothing. For jeans, I shop at TARGET, and WALMART. Better service and selection of mens' jeans.

Location: Westminster, Colorado

"Ray",

I wore my work pants only on SUNDAYS. 16 times isn't that much at all (give or take 4 MONTHS). WHEN i PAID OVER $25 FOR WORK PANTS, I WOULD THINK THAT THE PANTS WOULD LAST LONGER THAN 4 MONTHS. I wear LEVI brand jeans more than that and the jeans hold up alot better than that.

DISCOVER CARD was started by SEARS HOLDINGS in the 1990's with another Banking company. For the longest time, SEARS would only take the SEARS CARD or DISCOVER CARD. I don't want to have anything to do with SEARS and that is why I canceled the trashy high interest rate card.

RAY, do you have an ENGLISH DEGREE? DO YOU HAVE A PHD IN ENGLISH? IF NOT, BACK OFF AND TAKE A QUICK AT YOUR OWN FAULTS. ARE YOU PERFECT IN EVERY WAY? I DON'T THINK SO. SO, DON'T MAKE FUN OF THE SPELLING UNLESS YOU WANT FOUR FINGERS POINTING BACK AT YOU.

I bought a stove, dishwasher and range hood from Sears section in KMart in my hometown. The sales person didn't know that delivery was separate, so on the day the appliances were delivered, they hooked up the stove but the hood and dishwasher were left in the middle of my living room in the boxes.

It took me three months and many frustrating calls to their "customer service" lines. I kept getting bounced back and forth between delivery and installation. When they finally sent someone out to install the dishwasher and hood, the guy wasn't going to take away the old stuff. Then on top of all this, the drainage hose had *** in it and it took me another three weeks to finally get them to realize that the appliance had been installed and that I needed a repair.

They first sent the hose to my house and then was astonished when I asked when the guy was coming out to install it. They thought I was going to do it myself. The thing was brand new and under warrantee, so yeah right, I'm going to install it myself. When everything was finally done and I thought I could put this behind me, I got a call asking me when I would like them to deliver my air conditioner.

The one that I had ordered on line. Funny I hadn't been on line and why would I need a window unit when I have central air?

I will never by another appliance from these jokers again. Had less trouble with Lowe's when I bought my washer and dryer.
