Do not buy from Sears.If you have any type of problem their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.

From the in store managers all the way up to the highest level of corporate. They will lie and treat you rudely. Stay away from sears! I got the run around by every sears associate who claimed they wanted to help.

I was hung up on multiple times when calling in to find out the status after not hearing anything on the days they said they would contact me.

And was even told by the blue ribbon services that i would have to talk with the CEO because he makes the ultimate decision on my problem.Just ridiculous!

Monetary Loss: $1199.

why were you hung up on?were you yelling and swearing at the person who tried to help you?

you don't even explain what happened to you... all your saying is to stay away from sears...

why?did they short change you a dollar?
