Ordered a refrigerator, washer, dryer and range from Sears several weeks ago and arranged for delivery today (9/26/2014). Sears never called or emailed to specify delivery time so called last night and was told delivery would take place between 3:15 and 5:15 today. After nobody showed by 5:30 and again, no call from Sears I called and was told delivery would now be at least another two hours later!

Given their past performance I doubt it and will place another update to this site once they do show up (and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt in saying that they show up at all)

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
