I bought a tablet at Sears last Monday and the gal that sold it to me said that I had 30 days to return it and no questions asked. This Monday (1 week later) the guy rang up the return and the ticket said "return denied" and said to call 1-800-830-2186 so I did.
I told them who I was and what the problem was and they wanted to talk to the sales guy. They finally did the return like they should have in the first place. It took about 1/2 hr.
To do what should have only taken 5 min. Needless to say I won't be shopping at Sears any more.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of tablet. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
