Sears--TERRIBLE COMPANY
I have had nothing but bad service, bad products, bad customer service. But I am stuck because, in good faith, I bought all my applicanaces about 1 year ago for my new home.
Last week, my new Kenmore Elite refrigerator went out. Cannot get service for a month; cannot get hold of customer service or repairs head office...only phone callers in the Phillipines who cannot help me. I was told by another repair person that my refrig. repair will probably run between $600--800.00!!!
I just bought the refrigerator. DO NOT SHOP SEARS!!
Nothing but headaches. I was told Sears had a good service record; you cannot reach them easily at the headquarters, it takes weeks for appointments and parts order, the products are very unreliable
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $600.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Sears Cons: Sears customer services sucks.
