Purchased an air-conditioner about one year and two months ago when he 2016. We have a warranty it has broken twice on us in the first year, The first guy was good they were very shorthanded .
The second guy was awful and this time the guy couldn't figure out what was wrong. He end up changing out the wrong part two guys came out three days later. The air-conditioner needed a compressor. He "Said "he would be out the next day with a new compressor I overheard them talking about the part they had it in stock the new compressor .
They lied to us five different times on when they would be out to install the new compressor .
A week later 10-16-2017 and still waiting . Very sad I will never buy anything from Sears again .
