We bought a washer about 4 months ago - top of the line. Totally broke almost 2 months ago.
Sears missed the first appointment, had to take a vacation day as they would not give a time that they would (not) show up.
Called again - the next open appt was like 10 days later. The guy came out - machine totally busted and needed to order parts - which of course were on back order. almost 2 weeks later, parts are in, but they can't schedule us for another 8 business days. We are put at the back of the line after being totally inconvenienced and treated like you know what. I have been on the phone with them already almost 2 hours. Family of 5 with no washer - good job sears and the best part is being treated like #$@%-
I will NEVER buy anything from your store again and everyone I know will and have heard about this!
