refrigerator, 3.Range

called for service, on refrigerator, had to wait 4, days for tech., then they have to wait 2 wk, to research parts, need, and then they, cannot say for sure all parts, will be available. they always say, they are sorry, but that does not keep, my milk, cold. i have a house full, of sears stuff. if i have to replace the refrigerator,SHOULD IT BE WITH A SEARS ????

i think not.

if the product was my washing machine, i could get by, with the slow service, but it's, not, i still have to eat daily, the doctor told me so, after all, i am 93, yr's.old
