Thank you for taking the time and effort to outline the issues and problems with Sears regarding your purchase on line. I hope that what the Pissed consumer forum contains here can get some relief while you chose to either obtaining a refund for your purchase or actual physical verification of where the bicycle that you ordered is presently.

Unfortunately, The "third party vendors" (who have contracted with Sears to solicit their goods and services) inheritantly and have the confirmation for your delivery's fulllment. Unfortunately, it appears that you are at the mercy of the Sears Fulllment platform, and in their stead, the "economy" shipping of the item places Fed Ex and you in a waiting game to properly conduct it, due to the items "unavailability" when you placed the order through that vendor. You had no way to know this, and neither did I but when my mother purchased her billiards table in April 2018. However, you can get proper direction by implementation of the following.

A number of variables may be in play that you or we do not know of, or be aware of; however, you have a key piece of information that may be critical in obtaining your purchase.

In seeing the confirmation tracking through Fed Ex, I presume that you have contacted them to inquire where it is and when it will be delivered. It may be that the item you paid for is in a queue awaiting delivery where the original vendor responsible did not fulfill the order, as the vendor did not have the item available for shipping when you purchased it. That was the issue my mother had regarding a billiards table she ordered/purchased.

Nonetheless, follow up email to Sears with the contact info listed here at Pissed Consumer. Politely request WHERE EXTACTLY IS THE ITEM, and that you are legally demanding an immediate response and Sears' guarantee to complete the transaction as promised. It took a series of persistent phone by calls and emails to Sears/SHC to have Sears and it's third party vendors fulfill the order correctly. The email and the constant push and tenacious commitment the issue completed (by email and one final phone call) resulted in an immediate response, fulfillment and satisfaction on the day of scheduled delivery. That only happened when I posted that review (and several 'thousands') here at Pissed Consumer. I am only one reviewer and verified User, but PC made it possible to obtain the item ordered from Sears correctly and legally.

Please keep us informed and let Pissed Consumer know how it went. Your experience is proof that you can be a great help and you have given a testimony to other consumers how to fight back and win against Sears.
