I needed tires for my truck. I called Sears auto center and was told they had the tires in stock so i made an appointment.
When I showed up for the appointment I was third in line to tell them "I am here"and that took an hour. Then I was told it was going to take 5 hours to install 4 tires. It wasn't until I was also told that the price was going to be 200 dollars more than the quoted price that I lost my cool and went somewhere else.
Is Sears trying to lose customers. Just a side note the average age of the three people in front of me in line had to be 90 ( once their current customers base dies off so will their stores)
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
