Purchased sears prorection agreement for my 60 inch samsung smart tv about 2 months ago my tv kept shutting down every time i turned it on took 2 weeks for them to send a repairman then I had to wait 3 weeks for the a month or so latter its doing the same thing they want to schedule an a pointment to come and check the tv ,told them its doing the same thing so they should have the parts on file i need .so i have to have repairman come here order parts then come back to fix the tv So they insist on wasting my time and comming anyways. just so u know the only way you get replacment for your product is if it happens 4 times I feel i have a Lemon and should be replaced i will never buy from sears and will not purchase protection plan ever again.and October 8th they stopped repirs on saturdays so would have to miss 2 days of work not happy

To add to the TV drama we had repair man come by and it was the same problem so we scheduled another apointment for Friday it was a no show so we need to be inconvenienced again so I called to schedule apointment and guess what .we are free Tuesday Friday and Saturday well they don't do Saturdays that would be to convenient for most people well the only day they can come is Wednesday so I hung up and I may just throw the tv we had for less than 1 year I im thinking of junking it and go to Best Buy I will never use sears again and 1 last thing the people you speak to are not from our Country and they just don't care
