Purchased sears prorection agreement for my 60 inch samsung smart tv about 2 months ago my tv kept shutting down every time i turned it on took 2 weeks for them to send a repairman then I had to wait 3 weeks for the parts.now a month or so latter its doing the same thing they want to schedule an a pointment to come and check the tv ,told them its doing the same thing so they should have the parts on file i need .so i have to have repairman come here order parts then come back to fix the tv So they insist on wasting my time and comming anyways. just so u know the only way you get replacment for your product is if it happens 4 times I feel i have a Lemon and should be replaced i will never buy from sears and will not purchase protection plan ever again.and October 8th they stopped repirs on saturdays so would have to miss 2 days of work not happy
