I bought a furnace from Sears.The installer destroyed my April Air Humidifier.Repeated calls to the sales people were met with complete disinterest.I even had the April Air people call Sears to explain how to restore the humidifier but they never offered to do a thing.I had to pay

$150 of my own money to get the work done I will never have Sears work in my house again.I have a Sears washer,Sears dryer plus many Craftsman tools.All my life I have had Sears appliances in my houses as did my parents before me.How Sears can treat lifelong customers this way explains to me why they are losing business.Beware of Sears.
