Sears used to be the place to go. Get great appliances with great warranties.

Well about 3 or so years ago i bought stove, fridge, micro "not cheap ones". last night the bottom bulbs burned out pf microwave so i called to find out how to remove them and possibly place an order for them. the person i was speaking to was in the PHILIPPINES, talked over me, repeated questions that pertained to nothing, got the wrong parts in mind. at that point i asked for a supervisor, she asked why do you want a supervisor- i said so i can understand who i am speaking to .

rudely, she transferred me back into the "QUE"- which is back in line. after speaking to 4 people from the Philippines 06/12/2018@8:47am i hung up and called a local electrician.$35.00 total. I am now done with sears" Craftsman, appliances everything".

cannot be American? then goodbye.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100000.

I liked: Back when they knew how to take care of their customers.

I didn't like: Vendictive, Service response.
