New Kenmore dishwasher installed February, 2015. Paid for extended warranty.
Already two warranty claims on 7 month old appliance which will not drain, leaves soap and food on dishes. First time took over a week; second time, September 15, 2015 and STILL waiting. NO SHOW technician on THREE COUNTS - excuse was "technician called in sick." Seems he has been sick for three weeks?????....next scheduled service appointment is for October 12, 2015. COUNTLESS calls to customer service (in the Philipines somewhere) to finally get a person who spoke intelligible English.
Three days of LOST Time and $$ from work waiting for a tech who never shows up.
It's not like I don't know how to do dishes by hand, but it's the principle of having to pay for a piece of garbage, and to pay for the warranty on the piece of garbage, and still no resolution to the problem. Hear this, SEARS -- "NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN!"
This reviewer shared experience about warranty issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Sears. The most disappointing about kenmore dishwasher from Sears was repair service, being lied to and deceived and blowing us off for 3 weeks Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
