The WORST!!!! CALLED THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING FOR SERVICE!!!

A TOTAL OF 3 DAYS AND 5 HOURS OF MY TIME!!! I HAD TO CALL THEM ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WON'T COVER THE JOB ON DECEMBER 15TH...

NO CALLS, NO NOTE IN MY PROFILE, OR EMAIL!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Me to I bought a furnace from sears . AIts four years old and it stopped working.

Tried calling sears for service since it’s still under warranty. They keep giving me the runaround. Transferring my calls over and over. Don’t no what to do.

Please give me input.

I mean they had no problem taking my 4000.0 dollars for the furnace. I shouldn’t have to be without heat.
