When communicating online regarding the status of an order, I received an e-mail in return from the Sears webmaster. I had asked where was the bathrobe I ordered. The return e-mail said, "Look in the bathroom, you ***!!!"
After trying to complain by phone, and talking without results to several people, I am writing this tonight, and tomorrow will cancel my Sears account.
In an economy where businesses struggle to keep and serve customers with respect, it is appalling a large, well established store like Sears cannot offer any satisfaction after this kind of treatment. Not even an apology.
