Set up repair appt on Oct 22nd which was scheduled for Nov. 25th; no Saturday appts.
Received email and phone confirmations about my 8am-noon time slot. Waited and checked in several times before 10am on Nov. 25th, each time my appt. was confirmed.
At 10:30am, the estimated time of arrival for repair tech was between 10:45 & 12:45pm. At 12:40pm, received call telling me a tech called out sick and my appt. needed to be rescheduled. I had to take a vacation day at my job for the Nov.
25th appt., still no Saturday appts even after all that. If only PC Richards was up in Orange County, NY. I've been a loyal Sears customer for over 20 years, not anymore. I'm also filing a complaint with Dept.
Of Consumer Affairs & NYS Better Business Bureau.
Also Yelp will be hearing from me about the disgusting customer service I received from Sears. No wonder they are not the store they once were, they should just go out business.
