Bought appliance, did not work out. Asked for refund , there was som uch red tape and outrageous attitude from the people who were supposed to help you.
There need to be a class action law suit against them for harrasing thier customers. There haS GOT TO BE A LAW TO STOP THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR FROM LARGE STORES. can anyone imagine to my suprise it was like I was being blamed for their not getting me my refund.
I had to call several times and then They kept adding day on to when the refund would go back to my card. Yes I am pissed.
