I purchased a washer from Sears in December of 08.

I told them I did not want a set up, but wanted delivery and removal of old washer.I was told I would get a rebate of 70.00 When I got home I found out I was charged 120.00 set up fee and I still have not received my rebate.

They keep telling me my sales receipt is not on file. I will never buy another item from them. I am very unhappy with the whole way this sale was handled.

I hope other people who do purchase from them, make sure and check the receipt before they leave the store.Beware my clerk was very nice, and seemed trusting, but I still paid for a set up I did not want and told her.

Monetary Loss: $190.
