Requested service in November; tech said the disposal cannot be fixed because model and parts are no longer available. Three subsequent techs agreed.
The agreement says if sears can't fix it, sears will replace it, but sears says, "NOT!"
Agreement expired 1-28-15; disposal still doesn't work, yet sears sent me an agreement renewal form. Seriously?
I've been a sears card holder for 30 years...purchased all top-of-the- line major appliances and central A/C unit from sears.
No doubt poor customer service and dishonesty are factors in sears' continued quarterly losses.
Sears customer advocate says she'll resolve this. I hope so.
