okay dont every buy anything from sears. I have a refrig.
that is covered by a extended warranty it has been broken for over a month. THe service lady came out again the part they sent does not fit it she said they do not make the parts. She told me this on her first visit also. I have been on the phone 36 hours in the past month with them.
the service lady was could not believe that I had not gotten if tifed. They even at one point told me they did not have a service person that could work on it to find my own and pay them out of my pocket they would reimburse like that is going to happen you are not standing by your warranty why would you stand by paying me back and why do I have a warranty if I have to find someone and pay them.... Still have no idea of what they are doing or if they are doing anything.
DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS... THEy LIE

Preferred solution: my refrig replaced ..
