Order washer, dryer and refrigerator in Feb 2018. Delivered all three on March 16, 2018.

Pedestal on Washing Machine was damaged. I have been fighting with Sears since delivery to get replaced. They have hung up on me and as of today, said they can give me a discount on a new pedestal. What the HECK.

It was damaged and not replaced, per my multiple requests. No response via email or phone call from Sears. Boling Brook Sears Store at 200 N Weber Road is a JOKE. NO CUSTOMER Service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SEARS. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I have made multiple calls starting in March, of 2018 stating the pedestal was damaged. The installers by the way, never tested the washer and dryer out just plugged it in an left.

It was another week, until I got that fixed.

Again. Carla at 200 Weber road is a JOKE.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: So far nothing.
