Purchased microwave Jan 7 online for store pickup. Ad claimed item was in stock.

Drove 100 miles roundtrip a week after order was placed. Ship/receive/pick up dept declared unavailable as it was not in stock. Told me that I should have been informed but no one called or emailed to state that the microwave was not in stock. This department could not accept cancellation; told me to cancel online.

Did so Jan 13.

Many phone calls and emails but no refund. Each department blames another but it is now almost one month (Feb 4 )since order was cancelled and no refund has been made.

Monetary Loss: $86.
