Oven broke. Nothing happened but *** about research.

3 and 1/2 months no oven. Service Sucks. Employees are apologetic fro the action of the company but NOTHING get done. I can apologize until Christ comes home but with no oven I can not cook..

This is the worst warranty or service situation I have experienced in 71 years. I have made over 25 calls to the customer service and claims department. Same BS. What is your name.

What is your home address. What is the zip code. Why did you bother us. What is your phone number.

All BS questions that they already know and have he answer.

The state attorney general should shut down this farce before any other people are victimized. SEARS should be ashamed of themselves and arrested for endorsing or sell ing thi s kind of BS.
