I made an appointment to have my treadmill repaired and serviced -they rescheduled my 1st appointment they overbooked-they rescheduled me for the next day 8/21/08-they called and confirmed appt-the day of appt when i called they did not have me scheduled they scheduled me for sat 8/23/08-i made 5 ph calls when the so called customer service rep read back the notes in my account-the one note that was missing was that of the resch dt for 8/21/08- how convientient for SEARS not me they hd resch dt 8/23/08

Monetary Loss: $385.
