My 88 year old father in law called to have his refrigerator looked at because the light did not work after changing the bulb. We called a place in New Jersey, Sharon Hill Service Center.

The service repair man came out after waiting a couple weeks and we find out that he just didn't screw the bulb in tight enough. So basically he was there for 5 minutes if that. The service man gives him a bill for $165.27! Just to tighten the bulb...

this to me is a disgrace! Who can do this to an 88 year old man? Is there any way to get any of this money back? I can understand a service fee of maybe $50?

But this really makes me sick. I will never buy (nor will he) another sears product again.
