Scheduled appointment to look at our dryer. Repair window was 1pm to 5pm....

At 345 called to see how far out they were and was told we were next, they were finishing up and would call when on way. At 5pm, i called again and was told they were on way and would call... 6pm called them back and and was told that they were running behind but would call when on way... Each call ended with the rep trying to sell me home improvement!

They rescheduled for saturday 1 to 5pm....

In the meantime, will try to view youtube video and fix myself....

As a last comment, i'd like to add that i could barely understand the accent on the first two reps.... Outsourcing sucks!
