Went to the Tallahassee store twice, 60 mile RT, to replace a warranted Craftsman pruner. Out of stock.

Store clerk said "just order it on line and we'll replace it when it comes in." Fine so far. Ordered it 13 Oct, got a confirmation email that said it would be avail for pickup 2 DEC. So they charged my card on 13 Oct. Not too happy about a 7 week delivery of a standard Craftsman item; they have a lot to learn about online orders and delivery to the store.

I'm a pissed consumer and won't be buying anything from Sears. If this is an indication of their standard service, it's no wonder they're struggling to survive.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $30 and wants Sears to have the product delivered.

The most disappointing in user's experience was warranty replacement availability. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
