On October 27th-2016 I purchased a leaf shredder and maintenance agreement. I returned it the next day and was told the sale was going to be voided.
They never cancelled the maintenance agreement! Now I receive a $139.00 bill plus a late charge of $ 20.00. My wife talked to one of the phone associates for over 25 minutes. Resulted in another phone number.
I called and was told to call the cancelation department- they were closed. Associate # 2576 accepted the return on Register # 909 in Joliet, Illinois.
