Purchased a Sears Vac in Oct of 2014, removed it out of box in spring of 2015 as I was away for the winter. Used it less than 3 hours it stopped working so I called Sears to honor their one year warranty.
Made two separate calls each lasting more than one and one half hours, spoke to more than a dozen people and departments, got nowhere except more and more frustrated.
Was finally disconnected after almost two hours on second call, life is too short to suffer through this kind of service. I'll take the loss but will never buy anything from Sears again.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of craftsman vacuum and associated monetary loss in the amount of $120. Sears needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
