We purchased a Kenmore Elite washer and was told that the specific washer we wanted was backordered and unavailable. We were told they have the same model with all the amenities we wanted on a different Kenmore Elite.

We trusted the salesperson (first mistake) and had the washer delivered. Come to find out that it was not the item we wanted and didn't have half the features we had said were non-negotiable for purchase. Sanitize cycle being the utmost importance with an allergy issue in the home. We returned the washer after getting yelled at by their customer service and hung up on.

Best part is that I was perfectly polite and not rude to them at all. Once we finally got the washer returned we find out that they shorted us over $109.50 on the refund. We have tried to get the full amount back and have gotten a colossal run around and we just got sick of playing their game and have disputed the charges with our bank.

They have lost our business forever and I will let everyone know what terrible customer service they have and how they will do whatever they can to scrape more money off your back.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $110.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor product quality, Poor customer service.
