We purchased a Kenmore side by side in September 2015 and in the 2 1/2 years we have had to spend at least half of the cost of the frig on repairs to the icemaker.The reasons we got were: software not quite perfected, the factory lines installed were not correct, etc.

We can honestly say we bought the Kenmore based on reputation and good info from family and friends, but have regretted the decision ever since.

We were even harassed by Sears Credit for unpaid service bills, which had been paid at the time of service and the technician stepped in with proof which meant nothing to the credit officer and took several weeks to resolve.Lesson learned and never again to purchase Kenmore products.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Just to let people know.
