My Kenmore refrigerator did not even lasted 5 years. Its back wall developed holes. Ice and water leaking from the wall forming icicles.

Bad material used for the manufacturing of this refrigerator and Sears Technician informed after charging $99.00 that it cannot be repaired. Basically I lost the use of refrigerator. Several attempts were made to contact and talk to Sears so called Customer Service. One time, the person hanged up on me in the middle of the call.

They did not offer any reasonable solution. Several emails sent to Sears holding, first they promised to replace it then they backed off by offering 10% discount. I am a retired senior citizen with limited income and I cannot afford new refrigerator every 5 years.

For God's sake stay away from Sears products. It is a sinking ship and they do not stand behind their products.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
