MY ORDER # 595988615 WAS TO BE DELIVERED DEC, 10 WAS CANCELLED, WAS RESCHEDULED FOR DEC. 12 AND WAS CANCELLED TOO.
I BOUGHT THE CHAIR ON NOV.
21......WHAT IS WRONG WITH YO PEOPLE.

Your first mistake was to expect any sort of service or support from Sears. Your only saving grace will be if you keep your word and never shop Sears again.
