I wish we had never spent $5000 on two refrigerators, a washer and a dryer.Sears customer service is sooooooooooo bad and I am so frustrated, we contacted a lawyer.

We even paid extra for an extended warranty and it is doing no good. This isn't right and I don't know how to tell people everywhere what Sears is doing to us.

I hope people read and believe what people like myself are experiencing with Sears and re-think whether to buy any more appliances from them.We are so upset that no one from this company will help us.
