Employees unprepared,lazy,sold me wrong products,no managers,45 min waiting in the phone,under law they need to sell the piece that I took by the tag price,but,they didn't.BAD COMPANY.SEARS PROVO UTAH.

I bought a Kenmore refrigerator in August 2015 and it does not work! I have had over 5 repairmen come to my home I the past 2 months and they just keep ordering parts and coming back. I have been with my refrigerator for 2 months and do you think Sears cares???? NO!!!!!!! Sears fine jewelry is a rip off i purchased 2 diamond rings for mothers day and found a better deal somewhere else that same day when i went back to return the rings i was told it would take 6 weeks for corporate to write me a refund check and mail it. I dont see why i would have to return the rings and wait 6 weeks for a refund i wrote them a check and it only took seconds to take my money so why does it take so long to return it? To top that... I went to Sears in Los Angeles on Olympic and Soto I pulls up in my car I have a handicap because I am handicapped I park and go into the store to buy items when I get to the counter there's no handicapped line nor anyone to help me I have to speak to the manager Her name was Brisa and I got a real bad attitude from her can someone please contact me thank you

Sears Associate Claiming $25 Discount With New Approved Sears Credit Application. I wanted two cooking pans for a total of $80 but was told a successful Sears credit application will discount $25. Unbelievably bad customer service. I swear this is true. I called them again today, after the last guy botched everything. Today I spoke with Thomas, in Central Pine, Texas. Employee ID 15145. I purchased a Christmas tree (color switch plus) from Sears by Kmart online last Christmas. It says it has a 3 year warranty. I put the bottom piece on the stand it lit up, then the 2nd piece. It lit up. Then the last piece and it lit up. Perfect. I put it away and it is now November. Time to put up the tree again. So I put the bottom in. Nothing lights up. I advise that you NEVER order anything from the Sears vendor "FastMedia." I ordered something online through Sears via "FastMedia" on November 3 for a November 13 delivery. It didn't arrive. I received an update on November 11 that FastMedia had shipped the product using the tracking number I was given by Sears on November 4. The package did not arrive on November 13.
