My husband purchased a shirt and pants in august. He never wore them so i found the receipt and tried to bring them back. I was shocked to find that after 30 days there are no exchanges. On February 10th of this year i purchased an elliptical bike from Sears, manufactured by Best Choice Products. When the bike was delivered four days later I was extremely excited. I called my neighbor right away to see if he could assemble it for me. Long story short Ordered a fridge for my tenant as hers had stopped working and was promised a delivery date 5 days out. The night before received a call that it would be an additional 7 days, unacceptable given the old one was not working...when I called Sears totally insulted me on two occassions trying to "buy me off" by offering coupons and gift certificates off future purchases...the tenant did not have a working fridge, why on earth did... Placed an order on their website on May 11th, it was supposed to be fulfilled by a 3rd party, eNiche fullfillment. After my ship by date coming and going. I contacted sears.com, no response but got a survey about how my Customer Service experience was. I called, they gave me a phone number for the 3rd party, called, it was disconnected. Purchased a LG washing machine 2 years go. From the moment I purchased the machine I experienced oil like marks on my garments. It has progressively worsened and about 8 months ago I had two technicians come out to inspect the machine. They both acknowledged that the machine is causing the oil stains but they could not ascertain were it was coming from. A while ago I bought a dish washer at Sears, and signed up for their installation for $269. It seemed expensive, but the expense was better than the hassle of trying to line up a third party installation on my own. I wasn't home when the Sears guys arrived, my wife was. They looked at our old dishwasher and said that the hookups weren't to code, and they would leave, with our dishwasher if we didn't cough up another $250. What could my wife do?... Read more

Ordered a small flat screen TV online for a very good sale price, received a confirmation email and an estimated arrival date. As this TV Supposedly came from a store (I had a "salescheck number" as my only proof that it came from a store-still don't know which store it was). Worst ever. Never again. I purchased a large work table for my company. I thought a brand like Sears would stand behind the purchase. They shipped it through another vendor Tiger Supplies. The Table arrived very damaged. I called the same day to have it replaced. 8 days later, after numerous 1 hour calls and countless emails - no response.
