Bought a Kenmore refrigerator from Sears with the Protection Plan. Completely bogus!

The refrigerator would slide forward towards you everytime you opened it. Called Service Dept., they came out with absolutely no tools and no idea how to fix problem. They basically said go to Home Depo and buy stoppers to keep it in place. Called Sears Customer Service again and was transferred 14 times to call centers all over the world!

Service agent in Colombia transferred me to service agent in Arizona to Service Agent in India to Tech support in who knows where. I had to regurgitate the same information over and over each time! Totally unacceptable service. They hung up on me 3 times and they never fixed the problem!!!!

Bottom line STAY AWAY FROM SEARS DO NOT BUY THEIR APPLIANCES. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If the technicians that are left can’t figure that one out, Sears is in worst trouble than I thought. Rochester NY
